1 Bunch Kale
Diced Slice of Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
4 tsp. Powdered Ginger
2-3 tbsp. Olive Oil
Combine Olive Oil, Garlic, and Onion in frying pan. Heat over medium high heat. Tear the Kale leaves into bite size pieces and place them in the pan. Put in the powdered ginger once a few Kale leaves are in the pan. Stir frequently until desired tenderness is reached. Remove and serve.
