Easy Vegetable Salad

1 Cucumber
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
2 tbsp. Dill Weed
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
3 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

Slice Cucumber and Bell Peppers into bite size pieces. Add Dill, Olive Oil, and Apple Cider Vinegar. Stir until evenly coated, serve immediately or refrigerate for later. Enjoy!
